Judicial Mentoring Scheme allows mentees to share issues inhibiting their application to judicial office (e.g. concerns of work/life balance, self-confidence, self-perception) and receive confidential advice, support and guidance from a mentor judge
You will be responsible for gathering information, conducting data analysis and facilitating focus groups to better understand the challenges faced by individuals aspiring to enter the legal profession. We provide free training to all our volunteers. Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling a research report and making policy recommendations based on your findings. The research findings will be presented at our Annual Qualifying Dinner and shared with institutions such as the Bar Council.
