1. You must be a practising barrister, pupil or hold a practising certificate. This scheme is not intended for those currently seeking pupillage;
2. You must identify as a woman

Use Her Bar's network of women barristers in order to find a mentor who can assist you throughout your career as a barrister, acting as a sounding board and providing advice from their own journey to becoming an established practitioner.
This scheme will be particularly helpful for women barristers who are planning on taking a career break, have just returned from one and/or are thinking of progressing to the next stage as a practitioner.
